What do we expect from you as a Maintenance Planner?

  • Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with min. GPA 2.75 on scale of 4.00.
  • Preferably has 5-7 years of maintenance experience with assets on terminals or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Good technical knowledge of mechanical equipment, electrical/instrumentation equipment, and automation equipment
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Experience in the usage of EAM/CMMS programs and proficient computer skills.
  • Preferable to have project & maintenance management knowledge.
  • Preferable to have experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • Builds positive/effective relationships with clients and co-workers and demonstrates focus on satisfying both internal and external customers.

Your core responsibilities are:

  • Contributes to effective and efficient execution of work orders by planning (preparing) work orders and ensuring that conditions are fulfilled for scheduling the work orders for execution.
  • Analyses the cause of the asset defect, and supports in determining prioritization/classification of work orders (in fast-lane or normal preparation).
  • Determines what needs to be done and prepares a work package to repair the defect in such a way that the work is clear for the executors (this includes creating a work breakdown structure, determining and selecting the involved documentation such as marked P&ID, isometric, equipment drawing, checklists, JSA, MOC, etc.).
  • Organizes and arranges all the required means to execute the work (parts, labour, tools, expertise, documents & drawings).
  • Establishes a cost estimate and the first possible execution date (based on availability of means).
  • Registers all planning information in the computer base maintenance management system and updates the work order with actuals.
  • Reviews inspection reports, determines follow-up actions, and has the inspection report and follow-up actions validated in case of legal, SCE, high cost, or operations impact.
  • Ensures PMs are planned timely and meet corporate’s KPIs requirements.
  • Closely monitor and update the equipment’s legal certification status and also safety Enablon's open actions status of the maintenance department.
  • Actively participate in keeping the safe, healthy and secure work environment and also environmentally friendly.
