What you will do

  • Accountable for driving the overall sales performance, negotiation, and client service for the Endoscopy and Communication product lines throughout Mexico, ensuring achievement of set targets and objectives.
  • Oversee distributor/hospital quotas and performance, manage direct sales to hospital clients, and guide the distributor network for the product line.
  • Ensure all business activities adhere to legal regulations, including FCPA, Stryker's Code of Conduct, and ethical standards.
  • Serve as a product specialist, supporting negotiations, demonstrations, configurations, client/hospital training, and addressing customer inquiries for the product line.
  • Act as the primary resource for clients/hospitals regarding product knowledge, serving as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders such as Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Compliance.
  • Maintain meticulous records of inventory, turnover, and pipeline status for each client.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to promptly and effectively address client/hospital needs.
  • Continuously update knowledge on products and industry trends to better support clients/hospitals and internal stakeholders.

What you need

  • +4 years of experience as a Sales Representative or Product Specialist in a Medical Devices Industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any Clinical fields.
  • Intermediate English required.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD (nice to have).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills and time management.
  • Residence in Mexico City.

Travel Percentage: 50%
