Digital Marketing and Website Optimization Manager

Kestra Holdings is seeking a Digital Marketing and Website Optimization Manager who would be responsible for leading website initiatives to drive growth, optimize customer journeys, and manage the content and design of all our companies' websites.

You will work closely with the Creative Team, Marketing Strategists, Business Leaders, and Stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer and client experiences. 

What You'll Do

Digital Marketing and Optimization:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Implement SEO techniques to improve website visibility and rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Analyze website performance metrics using analytics tools and use data to inform marketing strategies and optimization efforts.

Web Content Strategy and Management: 

  • Optimize website content for search engines, user experience, and conversion, utilizing SEO techniques and user-centric design principles.
  • Establish content governance policies and workflows to manage content efficiently and maintain quality standards.
  • Oversee website content creation, editing, and publication, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.

User Experience Enhancement:

  • Focus on optimizing the website's user experience, including navigation, layout, and design improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure the website delivers a seamless user experience.
  • Work closely with the development team to implement website enhancements and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing team and stakeholders to align content and marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure website content and strategies align with business goals.

Technical Management: 

  • Oversee the technical aspects of website management, including domain management and ensuring website functionality.
  • Optimize website performance, including monitoring loading speeds and implementing performance-enhancing techniques.
  • Utilize knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like Sitecore to manage website content effectively. 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in web content development, digital marketing, and website management.
  • Proficiency in technical aspects of website management and hands-on experience in managing and utilizing content management systems like Sitecore.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and analytics.
  • Experience developing and executing comprehensive content strategies.
  • Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
