These are your new tasks:
- You advise our Dutch speaking customers via phone and email (50% Backoffice - 50% Inbound calls) and increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently
- You respond to and resolve customer complaints
- You will build relationships with new and existing customers to provide the best possible customer experience
- You show great attention to detail and working effectively in a team
- You always adhere to the principles and values of the company
You have exactly what we need:
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a customer focused or sales environment, previous contact centre experience is desirable
- Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
- Proficient IT Skills (Microsoft-Office)
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Being flexible and open to a new challenge
- You must own a valid Work Permit for Germany
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 05:30 PM, no weekends)
- For your work at home you need a broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection) and an Internet connection with the speed of 16 MBit/s downstream and 1 MBit/s upstream and a quiet room
