As a Campus Recruiter, you will play a meaningful role in sourcing junior talent and building a pipeline of high potential associates for Broadridge. This role is essential in ensuring a sustained driven advantage for Broadridge as you will be passionate about recruiting and hiring Early Career talent for the organization. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote two days a week. Please note this role requires frequent travel to other locations and off-site events as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building, coordinating and maintaining Early Career Programs; focusing on intern recruitment and intern program management.
  • Responsible for the Full cycle recruitment and identification of Early Career Talent utilizing campus focused tools and diversity data.
  • Evaluate candidates through phone screening and digital interviews that have the necessary skills and interest for a career at Broadridge.
  • Build network and manage relationships with prospective candidates to develop junior talent pipeline for future opportunities with Broadridge through campus events and sourcing.
  • Manage applicant tracking and maintain accurate data on candidate pipelines, recruiting events, and other recruiting metrics
  • Coordination and execution of all campus events including, fairs, interviews and information sessions.
  • Coordinate ordering and distribution of campus promotional materials for new hires and campus visits.
  • Advocate for diversity initiatives within campus recruitment efforts to attract a wide array of potential candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of campus recruitment experience
  • Strong interest in working with and developing junior talent
  • Previous exposure to Workday Recruiting ATS, Handshake and Linkedin Recruiter preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong event planning skills, virtually and in-person
  • Must be able to comfortably speak to large audiences
  • Must be able to travel domestically and work flexible evening hours during peak recruitment season

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
  • Annual Bonus: 7.5%
