Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Supervisor. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and oversight for our HRIS team, ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HR technology solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

HRIS Management:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the HRIS team, overseeing the administration and maintenance of HR technology platforms.
  • Lead the implementation of new HRIS modules or features, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

System Configuration and Optimization:

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to configure and optimize HRIS systems to meet evolving business needs.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in HRIS to drive continuous improvement.

Data Integrity and Security:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the HRIS, implementing and enforcing data security and privacy protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies.

User Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving system-related issues.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and implement solutions.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure HRIS compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to HRIS processes, procedures, and governance.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with HRIS vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Evaluate new HR technology solutions and provide recommendations based on organizational needs.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HRIS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in HRIS are a plus.
  • Proven experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project management related to HRIS implementations and upgrades.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on system administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous familiarity with the Medical Device industry is a plus.
