Make Your Mark:

The Principle AI engineer for Internal Operations will play a pivotal role in leading our organization's efforts in applying generative AI and automation technologies to solve real-world business challenges. This position is about providing technology leadership and strategic direction across the company, especially in areas related to AI application in Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support functions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies, including vector databases and knowledge graphs, and have a strategic approach to build vs. buy decisions, ensuring alignment with our business objectives while navigating the complexities of data privacy, security, compliance, and accuracy.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy focused on automation and operational efficiency across the company.
  • Provide technology leadership and strategic guidance to teams leveraging AI and automation to solve business problems, without directly managing a large team.

  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities that align with business objectives.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI technology trends and advancements, incorporating this knowledge into strategic planning and execution.

Salary Range:

USD $201,000.00 - USD $311,500.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
