We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a proven track record in leading digital transformation and connecting technology with outcomes. As an established digital leader, you will have the skills to drive digital outcomes across the client business by imparting your digital knowledge and skills in constructive, empowering, and collaborative ways with both internal stakeholder teams and with clients at all levels. You will have a key role with other senior leaders and will be the driving force behind our client’s digital initiatives while supporting the agency’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a trusted partnership with client stakeholders across regions, business units, and reporting structure to be their confidant, problem solver, and ally. 
  • Ensure iCrossing recommendations and outputs are aligned with client business outcomes in all aspects of engagement.
  • Develop healthy pipeline of differentiated client opportunities by working with client teams and alliance partnerships.
  • Enhance existing and early engagement with digital transformation dimensions creating stickiness and increased client value through acceleration and scaling digital experiences.
  • Drive digital innovation and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the covered accounts.
  • Lead development and adoption of digitally centric processes by working cross-functionally with the client and iCrossing teams.
  • Drive the digital agenda with clients and internal teams as a thought leader and champion to engender a digital mindset from the top down.
  • Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between iCrossing’s teams and client stakeholders to help embed a robust digital ecosystem.
  • Create and maintain a dynamic account plan that identifies and aligns strategic client needs/investments across the entire enterprise to iCrossing capabilities, activities, and subject matter expertise. 
  • Identify the key disruptive digital technologies and services that could enhance clients’ key business capabilities.
  • Prioritize business capabilities and associated disruptive digital technologies based on analysis of business value and impact.
  • Provide technical mentorship, guidance and feedback to client and iCrossing teams.
  • Drive innovation among the teams and help communicate and champion new ideas across teams in multiple global locations.

Required Experience/Education:

  • Degree minimum: Bachelor's degree required, MBA or Graduate degree preferred. 
  • 10+ years consulting and/or transformation agency experience or experience at a high growth tech companies or technology-focused enterprises in digital product engineering leading software development teams with emphasis on customer and consumer solutions and engagement platforms
  • 10+ years of progressively digital technical leadership experiences with scale outcomes
  • Exceptional at cultivating relationships and collaborating with clients, peers and colleagues across multiple lines of business and platforms, able to unlock potential in teams and build, develop, and foster talent.
  • Proven skills and ability to lead technology transformation and effective agile development.
  • Proven experience in leveraging big data, cloud, modern software engineering practices and AI for competitive advantage.
  • Track record of working successfully on cross-functional teams and a strong financial acumen for managing to budget
  • Demonstrated strong entrepreneurial or 'intrapreneurial' career evidence.
  • Significant experience with:
  • Direct to consumer (DTC) solutions
  • eCommerce solutions and frameworks and trends
  • Recommendation engines and next best action technologies
  • MarTech Solutions
  • Mobile App and Mobile Web technologies
  • Integration with voice, chat, and other consumer touchpoints platforms
  • Consumer engagement, behavioral change, loyalty solutions and practices
  • Personalization solutions and strategies
  • Significant experience in modern and advanced digital engineering concepts, challenges, and development practices
  • Experience in building secure solutions and partnering with Security team.
  • Foster the culture of agile development in a fast-paced environment with continuous development and deployment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision.
  • Management experience supervising technology and software engineering professional staff and 3rd party partners.
  • Proven team leadership and management experience, with ability to recruit, engage and develop staff with advanced degrees and diverse backgrounds and in different geographic locations, ability to allocate resources based on priority and skill level, strengths, and area of expertise; ability to train and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Strong planning, organizational and process management skills
  • Ability to keep pace with the technologies and promote and adopt emerging tech.
