About the team

We are looking for an energetic senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shopping customer User Growth team. The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers WW. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok Products.

Responsibilities

Working for the user growth of TikTok Shop (E-commerce business). Design and execute scalable growth strategies WW, while maintaining a sharp focus on local peculiarities.

Define and improve key customer lifecycle metrics including number of new customers, repurchase rate, average order value, etc.

Facilitate collaboration between the Central team and local teams by designing and deploying the latest tools/best practices WW.

Assess and design new loyalty programs to engage and retain active customers, while striving to promote the business and grow customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above.

Experience with team management and independently responsible for core business metrics.

Strategic and logical thinker, with effective planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Passionate about understanding user demands with different cultural backgrounds and excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or operations in a technology company.

Experience with subscription and/or loyalty programs is a plus.

Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
