Description

The In-Force Portfolio Senior Manager will focus on building additional business with our existing customer base through cross-sell and upsell programs. He/She will report to the Director of In-Force Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop programs, set-up channels and other initiatives to drive the cross selling and upselling of AXA products to the existing AXA client portfolio
• Drive end-to-end program and campaign development from planning and implementation through post launch review and analysis
• On-time delivery of programs and campaigns
• Collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders and departments including analytics, distribution, product development, customer experience and brand team to ensure successful and smooth flow of all campaigns
• Oversee compliance of projects and campaigns within policies
• Maintain current client relationships by regular contact, at least on a semiannual to annual basis to ensure that they are on track with their objective/s.
• Perform an interview to fully understand the client's current to future financial needs and wants, realizing them into goals, ensuring that both are being met.
• Update their clients on market conditions and economic trends imperative to sustaining a viable book of business.
• Obtain referrals and expanding prospective client network and portfolio.

Qualifications

• Marketing/Sales background with previous experience using data to drive business decision
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Insurance or financial services background is preferred but not required
