This person will be reporting to the Business Solutions Consultant for Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing

Candidate must have a functional experience with Taleo, understands the recruiting process, and has a technical aptitude.

The Associate Analyst will be responsible in helping introduce and support the people-centric technology utilized within the TTEC Talent Acquisition organization.

The successful candidate will work with business users and Information Technology to ensure business opportunities are well thought out and complete. 

The Associate Analyst will act as a strategic partner to business users while working closely with the Information Technology department on what’s possible.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Act as a point of escalated support when business critical issues aren’t being resolved in a timely enough manner
  • Closely collaborate with the IT department to ensure alignment on support, enhancement, and project related items
  • Educate on extended functionality of the technology and tools utilized in Talent Acquisition and closely collaborate with our Capability Development team on learning opportunities
  • Help oversee all system upgrades and system additions within Talent Acquisition, in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department
  • Help identify improvements to the end-to-end user experience and work with the relevant parties to implement solutions
  • Participate in cross-functional projects representing the interests of relevant systems from a functional perspective
  • Respond in a timely manner to provide outstanding customer support & root cause analysis

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruiting role with a focus on technology
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using Taleo
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, to include responsiveness
  • A desire to understand why and how a system works the way it does
  • A focus on the end user experience and a desire to strive for constant improvement
