We are seeking a Marketing Manager for Nobel Biocare South Africa:
Report to: Country Manager
- Creates a tactical action plan,
ensuring all the Activities, Training, Education and Activation (TEA) is in
line with our global strategy and addressing the local market opportunities.
- Develops and cultivate a interdependant
relationship with HQ functions to achieve the highest levels of support and
visibilty in the organization for the South African organization.
- Creates the South African Practice
Resource Center. Masters activities and TEA courses, such as Study Clubs, EAP,
patient communication, patient evening seminars, Practice Development Plans
(PDP) and trains the local sales force around them.
- Designs & leads our marketing
communication activities to customers, including printed & digital
(mailing, emailing, website and social media campaigns).
- Co-travel with the local sales force to
convince customers, lecturers, mentors and KOL of activities and TEA courses (20%
of the time)
- Is responsible to manage and oversee Marketing/
T&E budget to meet targets as defined in annual country budget.
- Leads the relationships with local
speakers, mentors, Study Club and EAP hosts, supporting them as required.
- Leads Nobel Biocare presence at
congresses and local events
- Is resposible to admnistrate and keep
up to date the gripstock material needed for hands-out and workshop during
courses, events and congresses.
- Implements evaluation and satisfaction
surveys post T&E events take place.
- Leads CVM locally, information and
interaction with customer is up to date and regularly analyzed
- Generate Sales offers & Playbook
- Acts as on-line store
The candidate for this position must have:
years qualified marketing management experience at a dental global company
executing product launches at managerial level
- Deep knowledge of dental market
specific dynamics, including CAD-CAM business model
- Experience managing partnering
activites, training, education and activation
- Excellent communication and customer
engagement skills, dedication to total customer experience
- Motivated self-starter, able to
influence and help lead sales team towards an strategic direction
- 4 year college academic degree,
preferable specialization in Marketing (e.g. SGGW - Marketing & Management,
Brand Management, CIM - Professional Diploma in Marketing) or documented by
post-graduated courses in Marketing area
- Fluent in English and
- Excellent communication and
- Project management skills
