Job Description:

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary responsibility of assisting the Thailand Linksys technical hotline. Attend to customers and end-users product technical queries and aid in all troubleshooting activities required.
  • Assist in various sales related activities to the team functioning as back office support to the Country Manager, Key Account and Pre-sales technical work.
  • Function as the focal sales trainer to support all training activities in LFR and SFR resellers’ account. Regular visitations to retail store and achieve various training target on monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Perform on-site customer visitations to understand technical requirements for key ISP/SMB projects to support with network diagrams and pre-sales documentations.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned and required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two (2) to three (3) years of technical experience in I.T. / networking product.
  • Bachelor Degree or Tertiary Education in Computer Science or Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
