The State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio) is seeking a Real Estate Analyst II or Senior Real Estate Analyst to join its Columbus, Ohio or New York, New York Investment/Real Estate team.

STRS Ohio’s investment returns for the one-, three-, five-, and 10-year time periods ending June 30, 2022, ranked in the top 10% of Callan’s public fund sponsor database of more than 200 public funds. Compensation:
Grade 311 $105,00 - $320,00
Grade 312: $125,000- $360,000
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, daytime work schedule. Occasional travel may be required.
General Summary (Grades 311 & 312):
Under the direction of a real estate regional director, perform financial underwriting analysis and participate in evaluation of investments and operational/management related decisions, including property purchases, property sales, asset management decisions and mortgage related decisions. Assist the real estate regional director in coordinating the review of investments and investment related activities.
