Position Overview:

JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction and guidance of region/BU commercial, closely work with OD/MDMs to align national program/initiatives with bottlers in the area of shopper marketing/channel/OBPPC/RGM, support OD/MDMs to build bottler execution capability in CSS/RTM/Cold Drink, lead designing of local execution plan and drive local commercial execution result with the purpose of achieve company business target vol/share/NSR/INE in the assigned franchise territory.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively work with region commercial/ODs to align national channel/OBPPC/RGM program/initiative and KPI with bottlers Co-work with local team to develop local commercial execution plan  Closely monitor the performance, develop solutions and improve the results

COMMUNICATION COMPLEXITIES

Internal :   MDM/OD, Region commercial manger/TMM, BU commercial manger, CCMG customer manager

External  : Bottler GM, sale head, marketing head, channel manger, KA manager, CSS manager, INE manger

ANALYSIS

Deploy consumer/shopper insights, market intelligence to understand local market opportunity, fully leverage internal and external commercial information to evaluate local business impact on volume/share/NSR/Profit, analyze and identify execution opportunity and initiate fact based solutions

JUDGMENT AND DECISION MAKING

ABP Alignment  : Proactively collect, summarize and evaluate the information required, recommend solutions, support ODs/Region to make decision

Execution  : Lead the evaluation process and initiate corrective plan, proactively seek alignment with key stakeholders and make jointly decision

INNOVATION

Identify new business opportunity in local market  ( new market segment/channel/pack/product/operating model)  Seek for innovative process & operating model to improve execution

QUALIFICATIONS / COMPENTENCIES / SKILLS

Functional Skill : business planning, consumer and shopper marketing, retail/customer insights, system financial and RGM, RTM, cold drink,

Core Competency : understanding of local consumer/shopper/channel/competition/bottling business, business planning & analysis, selling and influencing, innovative thinking, delivering results

RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS

8-10 year experience is required Bachelors in Business, Economy, Engineer MBA/EMBA plus
