Information Security Officer - Information Security Management System

Business Environment

The Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance team is part of the CISO Office and is in charge of the governance of corporate information security for Amadeus globally. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around enhancing our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and providing support to ISO 27001 certified business units.

Your Main Responsibilities

Participation to the ISMS (Information Security Management System) continuous improvement

• Review and improvement of Amadeus Corporate Security Policies and Standards (regular review, impact of new or updated standards, …)
• Ensuring that all policies and standards align with evolving industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Definition and documentation of processes and guidelines
• Definition and collection of indicators to assess the maturity of the units and steer corporate information security.
• Analysis of internal and external audits findings related to CISO Office and Corporate functions, setup of corrective action plans, implementation of CISO Office remediations.

Support to ISO 27001-certified units

• Support ISO 27001-certified units within Amadeus for internal or external surveillance and re-certification audits (preparation sessions, review of SOA, …)
• Preparation of the audit agenda for corporate functions
• Support for analysis and follow-up of audits findings
• Representation of CISO office to some internal or external audit sessions

About the ideal candidate

• Master's degree in computer engineering or related field, or equivalent
• 4+ years of professional experience, out of which 2+ in cybersecurity
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and practices
• Passionate about cybersecurity
• Security certifications such as ISO27K Lead Auditor, ISO27K Lead Implementer are highly preferred.
• Additional certification such as CISM, CISSP, PMP are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a globally matrixed and complex organization, to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to learn new skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have knowledge of Amadeus ISO27K-certified ISMS and Amadeus Corporate Security Policies & Standards, Amadeus organization, Amadeus security compliance and privacy organization.
