Responsibilities:

  • Planning and reporting:
  • Lead weekly/monthly sales reporting on key business metrics (sales productivity, revenue per province, customer numbers etc)
  • Lead weekly/monthly sales planning to forecast revenue, performance and sales of key FMCG categories/SKUs
  • Support the Area Sales Managers with the right reports and metrics to identify areas to improvement
  • Analysis and leading projects:
  • Conduct analysis on business metrics to identify areas to improve
  • Lead large scale projects to improve performance and sales productivity
  • Launch new sales tools across the nation and ensure proper roll-out (e.g. DMS)
  • Sales operations & admin:
  • Manage administrative affairs (e.g. commissions, onboarding)
  • Lead process improvement projects to streamline sales operations

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of working in Sales, Commercial, FMCG roles with experience in data analysis and project management
  • The candidate will be based in Ho Chi Minh but willing to business trip
  • Basic English
  • Core Competencies:
  • Self-starter - the candidate will work independently with guidance from leadership
  • Analytical - The candidate will be able to use data to draw insights and lead improvements within the sales team
