About the Role: Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in driving informed decision-making and strategic planning initiatives. You will be responsible for providing valuable insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting exercises, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop accurate financial projections.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to identify key drivers of performance and areas for improvement. Present findings to senior management and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic Insights: Partner with business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and operational efficiency improvements. Provide financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills, Macros; Power BI and other tools
  • Bilingual. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
