Ben je een jurist met reeds enkele jaren ervaring in sociaal recht en op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging in jouw buurt? Dan ben jij misschien wel de manager sociaal recht naar wie we op zoek zijn!

Onze kantoren in Gent, Kortrijk & Oostkamp zijn op zoek naar een centrale spilfiguur die meedenkt, anticipeert en als vertrouwenspersoon wil fungeren voor onze klanten. Naast het beheren van klantendossiers, sta je ook in voor het opvolgen en begeleiden van een multidisciplinair team van specialisten. Kortom, je wordt het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's, alsook voor onze klanten.

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je ondersteunt start-ups, scale-ups, KMO’s en familiebedrijven op het vlak van alle personeel gerelateerde aangelegenheden, zowel in arbeidsrechtelijke als sociale zekerheidsaspecten, nationaal én internationaal. Concreet betekent dit onder meer: het uitwerken van en advisering omtrent loonbeleid, het bijstaan bij sociale inspecties, het voeren van sociale audits, advisering rond het opzetten van salary splits en detacheringen, ...;
• Je kijkt kritisch naar de organisatiestructuur en bedrijfsprocessen;
• Je ondersteunt mee de uitbouw van de klantenportefeuille in de regio en werkt nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team van andere juristen, fiscalisten, accountants en KMO-adviseurs;
• Je coacht en begeleidt jouw team bij de uitvoering van advieswerk en bij hun verdere groei en ontwikkeling in zowel technische expertise als consulting skills.

Let's talk about you

• Je hebt minimum 10 jaar relevante ervaring in juridische adviesverlening en/of als bedrijfsjurist in het sociaal recht;
• Je behaalde een master rechten, een bijkomende specialisatie in arbeidsrecht of sociaal zekerheidsrecht of in HR soft skills is een troef;
• Je bent geboeid door de KMO-wereld; 
• Je bent klantgericht, beschikt over goede communicatie- en adviesvaardigheden, en hanteert de passende discretie;
• Je kan uitstekend de juridische complexiteit begrijpbaar communiceren naar klanten en omzetten in werkbare voorstellen;
• Resultaten bereiken met je team en duurzame klantenrelaties zijn je drijfveer;
• Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels/Frans is een troef.
