YOUR MISSION

  • Choose the right platform for whole needs: email, sms, messengers, push notifications etc.
  • Technical set up with ru.puma.com and ua.puma.com
  • Ensure data driven approach is applied
  • Identifying, creating and optimizing customer segmentation and customer journeys
  • Run test and experiments to improve main CRM KPIs
  • Maximize opt-in process for initiatives, and ensure copy and content is locally relevant
  • Producing well-designed communications with clear messaging and calls to action
  • Owning the CRM metrics and reporting
  • Maintain and execute the Mkt calendar for product launches and promotions

YOUR TALENT

  • Data driven approach and commercial awareness with a strong understanding of CRM development
  • Experience of CRM/Marketing Automation role e.g. data management, customer journey workflows, audience segmentation
  • Bachelor´s degree in Business, Analytics, IT
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and result-driven
  • Experience in building CRM from zero is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Must be flexible and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
