Responsibilities

We have built our reputation on our company’s belief of putting the customer experience first and the Branch Manager Trainee is key to delivering on this purpose.   You will train to become a leader in a high-performance culture where personal as well as team development are our top priorities. Extensive training will prepare you to apply business acumen to revenue growth through the development of an extraordinary customer experience.

You will…  

  • prepare to assume leadership of an entire branch operation upon completion of training; 
  • showcase superior operational skills, with experience in managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and strategically investing in growth with balancing expense margins;
  • demonstrate your proven track record of leadership development of others to include building relationships, field evaluations, coaching and training;
  • exemplify a service mindset to deliver customer retention results and lead others in the P.E.S.T. core values;
  • inspire your team to deliver extraordinary service, while protecting public health and driving continual improvement; 
  • drive revenue generation and growth, motive the team through daily check-ins of activities and inspire personal development throughout the team;
  • recognize and develop talent, during recruitment, selection and training across sales, service and customer service staff, including support management;
  • be willing to "float" between Kentucky OPC branches to gain extensive knowledge of staff, customers and branch operations;
  • be available to attend out of state Rollins Corporation training meetings while in the Branch Manager Trainee program;
  • become a licensed pest management professional;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field 
  • 4 years management experience (including managing the work of others) required
  • 3-5 years experience in service industry preferred
  • 2 years of sales experience preferred

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.   

Physical Demands / Working Environment:  

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:   

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity  
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.  
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.  
  • Able to work in all types of weather conditions  
  • Must be able to maintain valid driver's license and pest application licensure through length of employment
