Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

On a daily basis you will execute a series of tasks through several applications, in order to help ensure that our Capital Markets clients who want to purchase and trade a variety of financial instruments, have the correct mandatory data on file, to fulfill our regulatory reporting requirements. You’ll support your teammates in executing more complex processes, as well as ad hoc clean up jobs, all to support our client satisfaction and data governance objectives.

This is a 12 Month Contract opportunity.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Process Execution – Required to execute a variety of lightly to moderately complex processes whose primary objective is to ensure that our client data is accurate and fulsome to meet our regulatory data requirements. You will process trading codes for certain products types and ensure know-your-client type information has been appropriately captured, and that our due diligence and governance practices have been followed.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional client service for our internal and external clients. This will require attention to detail as you encounter different exception processes and collaborate with your teammates to understand the circumstances, how to process or how to escalate. 
  • Learning and Development – As part of a team executing various processes on a daily basis, your ability to absorb knowledge and learn from others, will be key in helping you obtain the process knowledge to execute all processes on our roster and to be truly flexible in the variety of tasks you help execute.
  • You can demonstrate experience in a fast paced-environment, where multi-tasking and attention to detail is key. You’re also self-sufficient, can work with ambiguity and have an analytical mind that allows you to understand issues and question solutions. You have strong communication skills and are fluent in using Microsoft Office. It’s an asset if you have experience with ECIF, CDR, Lombardi, or Wall Street.
