The Atrium at Rocky Hill is looking for Certified Nurses Aides and Certified Home Health Aides to join our team of compassionate care givers.

We at The Atrium at Rocky Hill are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

What is our need: FT & PT 3pm to 11pm

Competitive Pay: Starting at $19.25 per hour

Sign on and retention bonus of $500 FT and $250 PT

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

CNA Requirements:

  • Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
  • Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
  • Willingness to learn!
