What You'll Do:

The Global Innovation team is part of the Global Client Operations Centre organisation, which consists of Global and Regional AdOps, Platform Support, Campaign Operations, Technical Solutions, Creative and Analytics teams. The Global Innovation team is responsible to enable business innovation, growth and efficiency and scale new products for each of GCOC functions.

As a Global Innovations Specialist, you will be part of a Global team. You will work closely with the GCOC leadership on designing and implementing the strategy of GCOC by leveraging your Criteo technical and functional expertise. You will be partnering with various groups in the organization, in particular with Product and Business Operation Teams for new solutions or products, understanding how it impacts GCOC, define processes and workflows to make new solutions scalable and efficient. 

  • Follow internal Criteo changes and updates of product or processes and estimate the impact on GCOC organisation. Scale them
  • Partner with GCOC leadership team to shape the strategy of the future team development
  • Demonstrate strong expertise and knowledge of Criteo products and roles of different teams 
  • Lead the projects within GCOC organization in a close collaboration with our main stakeholders
  • Product Incubation - test, provide feedback and write documentation for the new products and solutions in collaboration with Product teams. Fully understand its impact and then translate it to GCOC
  • Be innovative and look for the areas of improvement in GCOC organisation. Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
  • Follow the platform releases and identify the tasks that can be transitioned to self-service for a greater efficiency
  • Build a strong relationship with each of the GCOC teams to ensure continuity and alignment of workflows and processes

Who You Are:

  • Strong communication skills. Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Decision making, be able to collect and structure all the necessary data impacting the decision
  • Be comfortable to collaborate and effectively communication with external stakeholders, including people at senior levels 
  • Leadership, ability to autonomously lead a project with external stakeholders without supervision
  • Be persistent and ensure you have everything needed to operate effectively
  • Proactivity and eagerness to constantly improve the way everything works
  • Flexible and open approach to challenging or new situations
  • Ability to build strong and effective working relationships and handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
  • Ability to embrace ambiguity and adapt to constant change
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Critical thinker, you like to challenge how things are done
  • Previous experience in project management is a plus
  • Preferably previous experience in ad-tech
