We are now looking for a dedicated Commercial Support Specialist to support our Finnish commercial organization. Position is a temporary family leave cover at least until April 2025.

Your job

As a Commercial Support Specialist, you will be working in a team of nine Specialists, based in Keilaniemi Espoo and report to the Commercial Sales Development Manager. You will be an important part of the successful collaboration across functions. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • tasks related to purchase order process handling 
  • pricelist and pricing maintenance 
  • demand planning support 
  • various administrative tasks
  • collaboration with a diverse and talented team 

The stakeholders you will be working closely with are Key Account Managers, Sales Controllers, Demand Planner and Customer Service Specialists.

You will need to have a service minded attitude, strong will to support our internal stakeholders (also proactively) and a good eye for details. You are able to work with multiple tasks with good structure and your organizing and prioritizing skills are of great value. You will need to have the ability to work independently, but at the same time, networking with the different stakeholder groups comes naturally to you. You take ownership, prioritize, keep stakeholders posted and follow through the completion of the tasks.

Qualifications:

  • relevant educational background, such as Bachelor of Business Administration degree or similar
  • great IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) 
  • ability to work fluently both in Finnish and English (verbal and written)
  • a strong desire to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. 
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or experience from FMCG companies are considered as benefits.
