You will be implementing, and designing original, innovative, and compelling games alongside a team of passionate and talented individuals. COVID-19 Protocol:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, organize and control the various stages of the development cycle and scheduling involved in the production of mobile games to yield efficient results of key deliverables;
  • Establish regular communication with team and stakeholders to provide project status updates and to ensure quality standards are upheld;
  • Engage with directors and other production personnel, supervise all technical personnel;
  • Maintain production archives and may plan and control the budget pertaining to a particular production;
  • Manage, motivate and serve cross-functional mobile game development teams
  • Manage live products and features post-launch including theming, writing copy and maintaining a product-driven vision for live operations events;
  • Uphold internal production process and procedure while proactively assisting with their improvement;
  • Develop, maintain and publish project KPIs that track project quality, delivery and predictability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of managing cross functional game development teams
  • 1+ years experience managing the development and shipment of AAA titles on iOS and Android platforms
  • 1+ years experience managing the production efforts in support of the Operations and Product Management requirements of a Live F2P Game
  • Hands-on experience of the developer console submission process to the AppStore and Google Play
  • Experience maintaining a successful Developer-Publisher relationship
  • Experience creating promotional material to support App Featuring requests for both the AppStore and Google Play
  • Passion and strong understanding of mobile games
  • Highly motivated to push projects to completion and success
  • Proficient in JIRA, spreadsheets, bug tracking software, and code management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and possesses strong emotional intelligence skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - able to work on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
  • Experience managing a large project with Agile/Scrum project management principles and practices
  • This role requires highly developed leadership skills and the ability to establish credibility and influence within team as well as 3rd party partners
  • Must be fluent in English
