Located in Shanghai and reporting to the Esports League Operations Specialist, as Associate League Operations Manager, you will support our football esports programs within Asia with our Brand and Program Management Teams. We are looking for driven individuals, passionate about esports, football, and who want to create the future of interactive entertainment.

As a member of the EA SPORTS™ FC Esports team, you will lead projects to shape the success of esports for EA SPORTS FC Online and FC Mobile. You will join a tightly integrated team which focuses on operations and execution of events and ensures that our latest and greatest technology is integrated into tournaments and live events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution and planning of esports events in Asia (e.g. EACCs)
  • Create rulesets, schedules, and plans for competitive events in Asia
  • Support communication workflow with external partners for events
  • Support the relationship with esports organizations, teams and players
  • Support vendor selection process for esports events alongside internal partners
  • Work with internal partners to create develop roadmaps for esports features in our titles
  • Track important projects and events across the team
  • Provide weekly updates on status of events

Skill Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in competitive gaming, esports, marketing, in the video game, experiential marketing or sports industries
  • Business Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Knowledge of worldwide esports industry ecosystems, trends, programs, and best practices
  • Experience with EA titles, especially EA SPORTS FC
  • 1+ years Project Management Experience
  • Occasionally travel and work on call and on weekends to support tournament efforts.
