Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining positive image of the company in the market
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and business partners, decision makers
  • Keeping the company's employees informed about the state of the market and the requirements of customers and partners with regard to radiation therapy equipment and solutions
  • Supporting projects, commercial and marketing strategy
  • Responsibilities:
  • Advising current and potential business partners and users, employees of the company both in relation to projects within the defined territory and in individual projects designated by the Business Development Director on all Siemens Healthineers radiation therapy equipment items and solutions and their competitive advantages on specifics of the company's activities with regard to projects related to the supply of hardware and software solutions
  • Preparation of analytical reports with the results of the past periods and forecasts of the implementation of projects in the field of radiation therapy for the coming periods ­
  • Timely input of information into Varian databases, including procurement and delivery plans for equipment and solutions, estimated prices, and auction results
  • Preparing responses to inquiries regarding technical features of Varian equipment and solutions
  • Development and implementation of marketing promotion plan for Varian radiotherapy equipment and solutions ­
  • Supporting implementation of commercial and marketing activities, Varian strategy ­
  • Preparation of equipment technical specifications, presentations and other documents related to promoting and supporting Varian and business partners in projects for public and private users:
  • Presentations of equipment and solutions o Technical specifications of equipment and solutions
  • Tables of compliance of characteristics of equipment and solutions with the requirements of technical specifications
  • Clinical and economic feasibility studies of equipment specifications and solutions
  • Supporting registration and certification process for Varian equipment and solutions: o Preparation and correction of list of accessories o Preparation and correction of description of accessories
  • Correction of descriptions of accessories in registration dossier
  • Participation in working groups in registration and certification process Keeping in regular contact with current and potential business partners and users, as well as decision makers, to assess their requirements and advise them on various aspects related to Varian radiation therapy equipment and solutions
  • Presentations of Varian radiation therapy equipment and solutions ­
  • Performing other assignments of the direct manager related to the listed duties and functions. ­

Education and experience:

  • Medical or technical education in radiation therapy or radiation diagnostics, medical devices, medical physics and biophysics ­
  • Experience in radiation therapy for 3 years or more, knowledge of relevant terminology
  • Experience in negotiating and drafting contracts
  • Sales experience as an advantage
  • Skills: Advanced user of PC and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • ­Fluency in English and Russian (oral and written) ­
  • Skills in working with text, tables and numerical data
  • Responsible, communicative, flexible, willing to develop ­
  • Ability to articulate thoughts clearly in oral and written form ­
  • Skills in preparing and delivering presentations ­
  • High level of customer focus
  • Skills in interpersonal communication with customers, business partners, governing bodies and internal clients ­
  • Readiness for frequent business trips – up to 80% of working time (including foreign trips)
