Mepha Schweiz is currently looking for Digital und IT Project Manager to support and work close with project managers in strategical and operational areas in on-going and new projects with different departments. 

Your tasks

  • Hands on with established processes and documents as well as new projects 
  • Develop strategies and solutions for business processes in collaboration with relevant business units and departments 
  • Supporting project managers in implementing and improving digital solutions 
  • Close collaboration with the project manager in strategic and operational areas 
  • Description of processes and creation of flowcharts and IT landscapes 
  • Analysis and trend scouting of customer needs and digital customer experiences 
  • Building and supporting digital solutions for our internal teams and external customers 
  • Alignment of local digital projects with Teva guidelines and close coordination with global colleagues 

Your profile

  • Master's degree or comparable training preferably in industrial engineering / digital technologies 
  • At least 8 years of project management experience in digital and IT solutions in complex landscapes is required 
  • Facilitate analysis between cross-functional international teams 
  • High affinity for IT systems as well as competence in dealing with numbers and data 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to troubleshoot project roadblocks and proactively seek solutions to meet deadlines 
  • Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams – which may include brand agencies, internal teams, technical development and execution partners, MLR and brand teams – to ensure project deliverables and timelines align with plan 
  • Experience in eCommerce with a database background 
  • Knowledge of the Swiss General Data Protection Regulation 
  • Ability to communicate and present complex topics 
  • Innovative mindset driving project ideas in matrix structures in an international organization 
  • Team-oriented and independent person with a structured way of working 
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Veeva CRM, CVent, Veeva Events Management and SAP is a plus

Skills and languages

  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills 
  • Fluent in English, French and German – reading, writing, speaking 
  • Other languages are an advantage
