Job Description Summary
Responsible for the release of incremental value contributing towards a holistic product, project or service with the main goal of realising value for customers and stakeholders by ensuring that the team are working on the right priorities. This is achieved by fostering collaborative, empowered teams, nurturing them to take ownership of the relevant outcomes. As well as stimulating innovation and mitigating risk by conducting data driven test and learn activities.
Chapter Lead - Some roles also include Chapter Lead accountabilities. A Chapter Lead is a role that blends both deep domain expertise with a passion for coaching and developing people. The main role of the Chapter Lead is to grow and develop the capabilities of their chapter members within their specific discipline, job family or role type.

We’re the Transaction Classification Systems Lab (TCS)! TCS is part of the Data & Machine Learning (DML) platform. Our aim is to leverage LBG’s vast transaction data to better serve both Retail & Commercial customers.
The team is now looking for an exceptional Product Owner to drive the development and deployment of TCS for commercial usecases, including Your Business Insights, carbon footprint, commercial deposits optimisation, & others.
