JR43029 ENGINEER, FMEA/MSA

As FMEA/MSA Engineer at MMY, you're responsible to support in the definition, implementation and improvement of a Quality Management System according to the standards ISO 9000 and IATF 16949, in line with the Micron's rules and procedures with respect to FMEA, MSA as well as calibration management matter. Additionally, the Engineer shall work with peer, business partners and key stakeholders to develop a strategy for maintaining and continually improving quality systems, contributing to quality improvement projects, and supporting customers or activities to resolve non-conformances.

Responsibilities and Tasks

FMEA/MSA/Calibration governance and administrator:

• Responsible for MMY MSA and Calibration admin to review and ensure the result is comply to Micron requirements and the tool/equipment is fit to use without any discrepancy in measurement performance and capability
• Coordinate with other departments in MSA studies and tool calibration; ensure full compliance and performance monitoring 
• Coordinate FMEA review. Drive FMEA team in identifying high risk item, strategize the priority and then define necessary improvement action and follow up until closure
• Site representative as SME to global/corp team and sister plants in ensuring all requirements are well interpreted, communicated, and deploy at site.
• Responsible in validating CSR (customer specific requirements) on FMEA/MSA/Calibration
• Support in any audit activities in FMEA/MSA/Calibration topics

Foster an Effective QMS Team

• Promotes a positive team environment by empowering all peers, team members and encouraging them to be stakeholders in the area business.
• Fosters a motivating team environment through challenging opportunities, appropriate feedback, and recognition of accomplishments.
• Act as backup role for QMS engineer

Qualifications & Requirement

• Min. Degree in engineering field or any relevant field
• Min. 1-2 years working experience in Semiconductor industry and familiar with IATF16949 requirements
• Knowledge or Certification in auditing, FMEA, or systems such as GES, GCP, etc.
• Demonstrate teamwork in managing/performing tasks
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strong and open relationships with peer and other functional managers
• Have good communication skills in English verbally and in writing
• Display good time management and judgment skills
