Position Summary

The Facilities Analyst will administer repair services for high priority trades for CVS retail locations. This role will be solely responsible for managing the assigned trade(s) and/or regions and will take direction from the team manager. This position will also be responsible for the Financials and spend of the assigned trade(s) and be able to identify and speak to any budget variances of the assigned trade(s) and forecast and review the financials.

The Facilities Analyst will work closely with the field Facility Managers in a support role. These duties include contacting and working with vendors to facilitate repairs, creating and reviewing work order requests and reviewing and approving vendor proposals according to the department’s accounting and vendor contractual requirements.

The Facilities Analyst will perform analytical reporting for the assigned trade(s). The Facilities Analyst will be responsible for setting key performance indicators for third party vendors and performing comprehensive business reviews with the vendors to review their performance. This position will be working closely with the vendors to coach them into compliance within the department’s requirements. The Facilities Analyst role requires the ability to perform a financial analysis of their assigned trade(s) and have the ability to speak to potential risks, to identify potential areas of improvement and implement such changes. At times, this position will manage projects, pilots and request for proposals alongside the team manager. The Facilities Analyst must have the ability to develop projects and guide them to completion while working with multiple stakeholders who may or may not have the same interests in a professional manor. Additional project assignments and job duties may also be assigned to the Facilities Analyst as needed. 

This role will specifically support our west-coast Facility Managers and vendors. We are looking for a candidate that lives in the Pacific Standard Time Zone, or if they are willing to work the Pacific Standard Time business hours, then the candidate can be located anywhere in the US.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators
  • 3+ years of experience in property, vendor or program management
  • 3+ years of analytical / reporting experience
  • 3+ years of vendor management experience including conducting vendor business reviews
  • 3+ years of managing multiple projects
  • 5+ years of MS Office Suite experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years related experience in property, vendor, or program management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Work with Procurement/Contracts on amendments, new RFP’s and compliance issues
  • Source new vendors and compare rates
  • Experience with Property or Vendor Management software
  • Experience with AP software
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment & independently with varying levels across the company
  • Highly organized and the ability to re-organize programs or projects to improve processes
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and drive change if directed
  • Excellent presentation and people skills
  • Experience working with multiple departments with varying stakeholders and interests in a professional manner
  • Lives in the Pacific Standard Time Zone

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
