Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Project Management Office 

  • In this role, you would be primary responsible for supporting and enhancing web application. 
  • You would be responsible for support, maintaining applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. 

Responsibilities 

  • Very well Versed with SLA's L1 to L3 Support Tickets. 
  • In depth Understanding of GE Ticketing in Service Now & OneIdm tools. 
  • Good Communication Skills and can give presentation to Client on regular basis with timely and accurate data. 
  • Passionate to lead and guide the team. 
  • Understand company needs to define system specifications. 
  • Lead the planning and design of the structure of a technology solution including Web apps using spring framework with backend language Java & Front End can be HTML, CSS & JavaScript. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications / Skills 

  • BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

  • Strong understanding in Relational database concepts 
  • Should have an exp. in framework like Spring, Struts, etc. 
  • Good knowledge and work experience of Oracle Database, PL/SQL 
  • Experience with Maven, GIT, html, jsp, css, javascript 
  • Ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact and should have strong customer focus 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Flexible to work in shifts on rotation basis. 
  • Willingness and ability to multi-task. 
  • Willingness to learn the Product/Platform and associated technologies. 
  • Should be able to handle client call, manage & mentor team. 
  • Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools. 
  • Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported.
