Accountabilities

  • Be accountable for TOT AOP, NSV and TP target delivery.
  • Responsible for shopper marketing program development & execution to ensure timely & quality delivery
  • Develop category strategy and RTC strategy to fulfil channel needs and grow categories/deliver business results.
  • Develop channel cycle planning to ensure AOP delivery and RTC profitability.
  • Ensure Diageo Execution standard is achieved
  • Manage BTL agencies
  • Manage and evaluate (M&E) CM performance
  • Manage/Control budget (A&P/FTT) and the program results
  • Support MBP (trade strategy) process
  • Support brand to deliver brand objectives – brand communication & innovation (integrated BTL execution base on BM's brief)
  • Ad hoc projects i.e. New product launch plan, workshop etc

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • 5+ years in sales/customer marketing/brand marketing related experience
  • Strong consumer or category marketing capabilities
  • Master at creating alignment across our consumer, shopper, customer and channel agenda
  • Proven success at driving change and inspiring and influencing significant (or cross-functional) teams to get behind new ideas
  • Strong team player
  • Proven success in execution excellence
  • Good at detail analysis and finding insights
  • Good time management, priority setting and communication skills
