The focus of this fast-growing center spans Product Development, Product Management, Experience Design, User Research, Market Intelligence, Research in areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Innovation, Customer Success, Enterprise Business Solutions, and Sales.

As Product Analyst, you will be part of Product Analytics team working closely with Product & Business groups alike. In this role, you will develop and enable analytics solutions for business consumption (e.g., operational/KPI reports, dashboards, analysis, customer insights) and create acceptance criteria with business users (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance) 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Work closely with Product Managers to plan success metrics, derive insights and monitor product performance. 
  • Ensure right data tracking in Heap & Google Analytics in collaboration with dev teams. 
  • Setup dashboards in PowerBI, Heap & GA for tracking KPIs. 
  • Identify and help develop AB Tests using tools like Optimise. Calculate final test results and perform deep dive analysis to provide actionable insights to the business. 
  • Use data to publish “product and customer behaviour insights” to prioritize a roadmap as well as validate completed projects. 
  • Partner with Product & Marketing team to optimise user journeys from discovery to trial, buy and retention. 
  • Run adhoc reports in Heap, Redshift, Google Analytics to answer business questions and measure engagement. 
  • Collaborate with other teams in synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative data (Voice of Customer) to present meaningful insights. 
  • Present findings and visualise data to global stakeholders. 

What we’re looking for: 

  • 6-8 years of experience of working in BI and Analytics teams or projects and at least 3-4 years of experience as Business Analyst. 
  • In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework. 
  • Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI). 
  • Translate business needs to technical specifications and then, Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools). 
  • Ability to test and validate analytical reports and data discovery outputs. 
  • Increase our understanding of customer engagement with business, setting KPIs, monitoring key trends, and partnering with the Product teams to help optimize customer experience based on insight delivered. 
  • Perform hands-on analysis of large volumes of data and across multiple datasets primarily using SQL and/or Python/R. 
  • Ability to identify actionable insights by analysing data in respect to the business focus/needs. 
  • Design models to solve business problems and, where appropriate, manage integration of the insights into regular reporting by the Reporting/BI teams. 
  • Use a range of analytical and statistical techniques to answer key questions from stakeholders. 
  • Consult/support ad-hoc requests for data and analysis. 
  • Good to have: 
  • Experience in Data Science domain. 
  • Aware of classical statistical techniques (AUC, Correlation Analysis, Clustering Analysis, Hypothesis Testing) to draw coherent conclusions about business data. 
  • Experience in data mining, data wrangling, machine learning. 
  • Understanding of ML algorithms (be able to tweak them when needed).

  • Must have experience of client handling roles, esp. requirement gathering and elicitation. 
  • Must have worked in cross functional team as Individual Contributor and mentor. 
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative. 
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude 
  • Good Communication and Analytical Skills.
