Your role:

Quality:

  • Business continuity: ensure up to date Quality certificates in place for importation of equipment and spare parts.
  • Handle, perform annual performance review of all quality related processes & documents.

Recognize, analyze, recommend solutions to Management through deepen trust-based relationships in collaboration with all SHS Egypt department teams.

  • Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality.
  • Identify critical success factors and measure impact of quality programs on company business activity.
  • Assess and evaluate harmonization and effectiveness of Q and EHS training courses provided to SHS Egypt.
  • Manages company relations by becoming the trusted advisor to staff and country manager in relation to quality matters.
  • Non-Conformance Cost (NCC): drive continuous improvement to our deal costing process thru periodic monitoring of our NCCs and deriving the root causes and action plans.
  • Deliver Real Value to the SHS employees, Transfer Knowledge and Optimize (System, Process and Knowledge)

Regulatory Affairs:

  • Business continuity: ensure 100% compliance with all local and relevant international regulations to enable the sales and services of our operations.
  • Stays up to date with new regulations.
  • Manages the company’s relationship with all Regulatory bodies.
  • One-time renewal of our Military license, Operational Service Center licenses and any other business-related licenses
  • Maintain trust-based relationships with all stakeholders in regulatory and governmental entities.
  • Advocate for changes in local regulations to improve the business environment and customer experience.

Cyber Security:

  • Single point of contact for cybersecurity aspects in country
  • Ensures the cybersecurity assessment is done for every newly created application locally
  • Monitor and evaluates country regulations/standards/laws and informs responsible stakeholders (PSS, ISEC, SEC, DP) about requirements.
  • Coordinate requests and consolidates respective information. 
  • Escalate country topics and problems regarding CYS to CYSOs. 
  • Coordinate cybersecurity trainings locally. 
  • Coordinate local incident and vulnerability handling. 
  • Is part of and/or cooperates within a Zone Cybersecurity Team. 
  • Represent SHS Cybersecurity Commitment to customers. 
  • Support local market introduction and local presentation of new cybersecurity solutions (e.g. Security Appliance Solution). 
  • Exchange with CISO's, Information Security Specialists and communities on customer site. 
  • Takes part at internal events (e.g. PSS Community meetings) and external events for networking and exchange. 
  • Evaluate appropriate customers for dedicated cybersecurity projects (e.g. customer feedback for new security features). 

Your expertise:

  • Communication, motivational skills, Teamwork, follow-up & adaptability
  • Thorough understanding of the cultures, customs, traditions, and customer expectations.
  • Strong level of written and spoken English and Arabic communication.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
  • A degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Experience in establishing and managing relations with external stakeholders, including customers, key opinion leaders and business partners.
  • Adopts a long-term perspective about the business (customer segments and the external environment). Develops hypotheses or alternative scenarios of how critical issues will play out in the long term.
  • Strong ethical compass, understanding the boundaries of lawful and ethical behavior. Compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards is essential.
