Job Description Summary:

This is and individual contributor role responsible for driving first-party (1PD) consumer data collection and activation strategies and initiatives within the digital landscape. This role needs to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Categories, IMX Media, Martech and other internal or external brand development teams, to enhance customer engagement, adoption and loyalty across various digital channels.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategy for collecting, managing, and leveraging first-party consumer data across digital ecosystem.
  • Design and optimize data collection frameworks, including website cookies, user registrations, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture relevant consumer information. Explore opportunities for data enrichment through third-party sources to enhance consumer profiles and segmentation.
  • Define and implement personalized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevancy. Orchestrate end-to-end digital CRM campaigns and develop data-driven content strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments.
  • Work closely with various teams to align first-party consumer data collection and activations strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-functional synergy.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices adhere to privacy regulations and industry standards. Implement robust consent management processes to obtain explicit permission from consumers for data collection and usage.

Related Work Experience:

8-12 years experience

Functional Skills:

  • Passion for data-driven consumer engagement design and a desire to advocate for the best consumer experience.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years proven experience as a Digital Consumer Engagement or CRM Lead or similar leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, coordinate dependencies and manage risks in complex environments.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable consumer engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform. Strong understanding of data analytics, customer segmentation, and targeting methodologies

Pay Range:

$183,800 - $211,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
