Exciting opportunity to join Medtronic as a Territory Manager within Pain Therapies, you will be a passionate about sales and achieving great results in expanding and developing the Medtronic market share.

This is a great position for an experienced Territory Manager who has exposure in Medical devices and is seeking a great team and company culture to progress and develop their career.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional image for Medtronic in the marketplace
  • Provide regular, meaningful and concise reports to the National Sales Manager
  • Support theatre cases and provide training and education effectively to all clinical end users and hospital staff on our products – products updates, trial and in-services.
  • Gather market intelligence by observation, discussion or research.
  • Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key customers.
  • Ensure the highest level of product and technical knowledge is attained and maintained
  • Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company’s products
  • Actively seek to develop and expand on territory management and selling skills
  • Work individually and as part of the wider team to establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Ensure timely follow-up and prompt resolution to customer/patient technical and product issues, including after-hours support when needed
  • Attend conferences and trade displays as required
  • All activities must be performed in compliance with the local Quality System.
  • Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Travel requirement: up to 50%

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree Qualification
  • Minimum 2 years in medical devices

Nice to Have

  • Advantages to have Pain experiences.
