Job Description & Summary

A career within Transfer Pricing services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You’ll focus on all aspects of documentation planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.

Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate with the following qualification / technical
  • capability / key personal attributes:
  • Bachelor / Masters in Commerce /Economics preferably with
  • first Class degree / MBA from a reputed institute / CFA .
  • At least 3 years of experience in TP or related offshore work.
  • Should have worked in a team environment and have led
  • large teams.
  • Should have project management experience.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Attention to details, deadline oriented and able to manage
  • time effectively.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Committed, ability to work long hours during busy periods.
  • Business acumen, Integrity, proactiveness, interest in the
  • subject, accommodative, adaptability, ability to manage a

  • and to ensure that all deadlines/service standards are met and are within
  • budget.
  • Has primary responsibility as a first point of contact to address all queries
  • of team members / juniors.
  • Provide feedback on the performance of the team members.
  • Responsible for communication with the client and ensuring all
  • engagement processes are followed.
  • House-keeping
  • Adherence to PwC SDC guidelines/norms
  • Maintain budgets with actual and escalate if necessary.
