Objective:

  • Drive strategy, vision and definition for key experiences across the system
  • Collaborate with application development teams in order to identify needs of their customers and come up with a consistent design system assets to enable consistent experience

Summary:

  • Experienced Product Manager driving complex initiatives that span across multiple teams and product areas
  • Work with product leadership to define and shape product strategy, vision and roadmaps
  • Collaborate and influence multiple internal teams in order to achieve outcomes
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and transparency

Key responsibilies:

  • Define product strategy and prioritization for their product area - centralized design system experiences 
  • Drive product discovery - work with stakeholders (application teams) and customers and become the voice of the customer
  • Own product discovery - maintain a backlog and drive discovery for individual items based on their value and priority
  • Execute product discovery - dive deep into user needs and use cases for universal or reusable capabilities and experiences and come up with an approach 
  • Product delivery - drive solution design for experiences spanning across multiple teams and product areas
  • Enablement and support - understand how your solution is being used and what shortcomings or potential improvements should be considered. Support application teams in adopting and using your solutions successfully
  • Identify and drive opportunities for alignment and consistency - leverage the unique position of working with multiple teams and across multiple product areas in order to come up with opportunities for better alignment and higher consistency across areas and experiences
