Serve as our customers' first-line point of contact.

Focusing on creating high and professional interaction with customers reaching out from campaigns and building an active approach to dealing with customers who may stop the business activity.

Dealing client retention, professional services, and training throughout Gett’s business portal and App. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Daily initiated activity contacting customers who stop their business activity.
  2. Manage and answer inquiries regarding how to use our business portal & App.
  3. Solving online problems for customers.
  4. Increasing % of riding accounts.
  5. Reducing churn rate.
  6. Monthly targets for # of daily calls and retention rate.
  7. Delivering daily statistics as directed by the manager.

Requirements

  • Strong execution orientation.
  • Working independently based on targets and goals.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • Ability to gain trust and confidence with different customers.
