Tietoevry Banking’s Cards unit has more than 700 employees providing market leading payment card and mobile payment solutions for banks and financial institutions in the Nordics and beyond. We are located in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Latvia and the UK.

The sales and marketing team in Cards is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to drive the work with relevant marketing tools and systems, for set-up and analytics of our marketing activities and campaigns. We’re looking for someone passionate about working on the intersection between IT and business in the banking sector.

As our Marketing Specialist, you will be part of a small Nordic marketing team that works closely with our sales and product teams across Europe to deliver value for our customers.

With us you will:

• Actively participate in the development and improvement of our marketing processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effect of our campaigns and activities and optimize their performance.
• Build and maintain our sales and marketing assets (emails, newsletters, landing pages, workflows, forms, simple lists, blog posts, sequences, automations, etc.).
• Analyze social media, web and email metrics to track campaign success and make data-driven decisions to optimize our campaign objectives. 
• Collaborate closely with local and central marketing teams and other key stakeholders in launching successful marketing campaigns.
• Support the marketing & communication team with ad-hoc marketing tasks (e.g., produce fresh and engaging content such as images, videos, banners, blog posts, etc.)
• Become our marketing systems and tools expert, using tools such as Microsoft 365 package, Episerver/Optimizely CMS, Google UTM tracking, Sprout Social, Power BI, CRM marketing tools, Adobe Photoshop, and similar.
• Participate in the planning and execution of employee and customer events.

We are looking for a person who has:

• Relevant education in marketing, communication, or similar fields.
• Interest and passion for marketing systems and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical mindset and confident working with data.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
• Understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking.
• Experience and / or interest in relevant tools and systems (e.g., Episerver/Optimizely CMS, Sprout Social, Power BI, CRM marketing tools, Adobe Photoshop, and similar).
• Interest in designing, developing and creating marketing assets is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas in a fast moving and constantly evolving team.
• Motivation to start projects, work independently, and drive projects forward.
• Hardworking, structured and result oriented, with a keen eye to detail. 
• Enthusiastic, solution-oriented and innovative attitude.
