Job Description

As a Logistics Execution Intern, you will:

  • Have an overview of the order processing and Planning Short term.
  • Learn how to track and monitor the On time performance to Customers.
  • Assist the team with logistics support for Chep & External Managed service customers.
  • Understand dedicated fleet management and route management.
  • Support central execution in related incidents.
  • Help contact customers and third-party providers (Service center's, D locations, PT Call Centre) to deliver Chep orders.
  • Gain experience in taking quick decisions to solve day to day operational issues (eg, urgent delivery to be arranged, transport failure to be resolved...).
  • Participate in departmental meetings.

Qualifications:

  • University degree.
  • Possibility to sign a university agreement.
  • Degree related to supply chain or logistics would be a plus.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Competence in Microsoft office products.
  • Written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactiveness and being able to work independently.

Languages:

  • Spanish and Portuguese.
  • English would be a plus.
