As a Sales Enablement Content Manager specializing in Highspot, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging the platform to catalog and manage sales content. Your primary focus will be on maximizing the capabilities of Highspot to enhance sales effectiveness and streamline content management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Highspot Content Optimization: Utilize Highspot to organize, optimize, and distribute sales collateral, presentations, and other content materials; Leverage Highspot's features to enhance content discoverability and accessibility for the sales team. 
  • Sales Enablement with Highspot: Support the sales team on effectively using Highspot; Monitor Highspot analytics to identify content usage patterns and areas for improvement; Implement Highspot best practices to empower the sales team with the latest tools and resources; Collaborate with Highspot administrators and support teams to optimize platform functionality and maintenance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports within Highspot to measure the performance and impact of sales content; Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven findings.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in sales content management with a specific focus on Highspot.
  • Familiarity with other sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Understanding of sales processes and strategies

Key Competencies

  • Proficiency in using Highspot and other relevant sales enablement platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Adaptability to changing features and updates within the Highspot platform.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
