An exciting opportunity ( 2 years fixed term contract with possibility to go permanent) to join us as HR Specialist and be a part of our success story! HR Business Advisor will be primarily focused on providing HR support for Dexcom Lithuania employees and aligned to the overall Regional HR and Business strategy.

About the Role:

  • Provide a professional HR service to our employees and managers in Lithuania.
  • Build strong customer focused and trusting relationships with managers and employees.
  • Develop, communicate and maintain human resources policies and processes aligned to best practice and employment labour law. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in applying these policies and procedures.
  • Partner with our HR COE groups to execute plans on company wide programs and initiatives and support with talent acquisition, compensation and benefits processes as required.
  • HR Systems: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data; database access control and manipulation of system to produce reports as required by HR and or the business. Provide support to employees and managers on HR system (Workday).
  • Payroll and Benefits: support of the monthly payroll and benefit administration for all employees including liaison with external payroll and benefits providers as required.
  • HR Compliance & Audit.
  • Build and support a positive employee engagement culture across the region and support business leaders with employee engagement activities.
  • Involvement as required in key HR projects across EMEA.
  • Ensure that all HR support to the business is provided in a compliant, high quality and timely manner.

About You:

  • Degree level educated and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in English for both written and oral communication.
  • Solid, up to date knowledge of HR operations, employment law, payroll, benefits for Lithuania.
  • Familiar with and working in adherence to Lithuania specific legislative data privacy requirements and compliance.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • High level of proficiency with HR systems (Workday).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Proactive and results-driven, can do attitude.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment .

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,677.50 to €3,150.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
