Ensure effective communication with clients while liaising to confirm details of events.
Maintain a positive working environment with the operations team.
Ensure all Event Orders and associated communications are issued in a timely manner.
Maintain a focus on upselling.
Ensure all contracts are signed, and outline the proposed event appropriately.
Ensure all contracts are in line with event delivery, including addendums as required.
Ensure the system is accurate to ensure accurate forecasting.
Manage existing relationships, including enquiries from past users as appropriate.
Ensure effective management of deposit schedules and method of payment.
Provide pro-active customer service to our clients.
Attend weekly Event Order meetings.
Ensure database is maintained appropriately, including use of status in line with guidelines.
Team SPIRIT & positive attitude.
Attend networking events as required.
Work Experience
Strong operation background & able to manage work systematically, well organized.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels especially manage Event team.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a full understanding of professional ethics, decorum and social skills required for extensive interaction with customers, investment owners and business partners.
Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.
