CDS (Customer Delivery Services) Department:

CDS is in charge of the implementation and delivery of the Murex solutions. We handle the clients just after the contractual agreements till going live on the product. CDS team in Lebanon is part of the CDS EMEA department and is in charge of the Middle East based clients.


Your Mission:

Your role is to analyze and understand the requirements of clients implementing Murex. Your work will be to design and configure the Murex application related to different asset classes (interest rates, foreign exchange, equities, credit…)


Your Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients both for business and technical specifications and validate final output with team manager
  • Write/maintain design documents that will be the reference for the future delivery of the projects
  • Create and validate test scenarios to assess the quality of the solution delivered by Murex
  • Perform the functional build of the solution based on the design
  • Deliver trainings for the clients’ support team and the final end users
  • Interact with other teams of the implementation (Front Office, Back office, Integration, Project Management, etc.) in order to deliver a fully integrated solution
  • Provide feedback to the team leader on progress of issues and tasks and escalate problems when necessary
  • Act as an expert on the Murex modules and be able to lead discussions with the business (traders, BA)
  • Support clients for all related issues, problems’ requests during the implementation

JOB requirements


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering or a Master’s degree in Finance/ Business.
  • Financial knowledge with a focus on at least one area such as Front Office or Back office or Enterprise Risk Management related aspects is an important plus
  • Good knowledge of technical environments such as SQL, XML, UNIX.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Client orientation
  • Teamwork and cross group collaboration
  • Ability to work under pressure in a continuously evolving environment.
  • High Flexibility in term of travel (Job may require up to 80% of traveling)
