ISG's RPA service line is experiencing incredible demand and growth using technologies like Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism to automate business processes for clients. We are currently looking for highly talented and experienced Consultants, Sr. Consultants, Managing Consultants and Principal Consultants with expertise in BluePrism and/or Automation Anywhere to join our RPA business unit.

Candidates can live anywhere in the Continental United States.

Members of the Robotic Process Automation team work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver RPA services. The services include assessing client needs for RPA, delivering proof-of-concept automations, training, software installation, strategic planning, automation analysis and solution design, and automation development and deployment. The Consultant utilizes knowledge and skills and is engaged in the delivery and/ or leadership of these solutions.

Position Responsibilities:
-Work as part of, or leads, a team under the direction of an Engagement Lead to deliver RPA consulting services to clients in both onsite and remote settings.
-Analyze, or lead the analysis of, client needs for automation and develop recommendations or using RPA to automate work processes
-Design and deliver, or lead the design and delivery of, proof-of-concept RPA solutions to demonstrate the viability of RPA in client environments
-Lead hands-on and non-hands-on training sessions in the use of RPA tools and best practices for using RPA tools to delivery robotic solutions
-Install, or support the installation of, RPA software and tools in client environments
-Lead, or participate in, the development of client strategies for the technical and operating models for RPA
-Analyze, or lead analysis of, process automation requirements and design robotic process automation solutions, architecture and logic
-Configure and test, or lead the configuration and testing of, automated processes prior to deployment into client environments
Support or lead client testing of automated processes through user acceptance testing and pilot process testing
-Develop and assure documentation according to firm standards, best practices and standard operating procedures

-Able to rapidly learn and become proficient in selected RPA software, technology and tools
-Able to accept execution and leadership responsibility, and complete work on a timely basis
-Able to perform in various areas of a project at various levels of responsibility, and under changing conditions
-Able to instruct and execute against project work plan(s); dependable with regard to responsibilities
-Leads the application of methodologies, best practices and techniques
-Focuses on solutions and productivity, is a self-starter, gets assignments done
-Able to handle varied technical problems on a project or support work effort
-Excellent analysis and solutioning skills
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Works well as a member or leader of a team
-Dresses and conducts self as a competent professional person
-Reliable in promptness and attendance
 
Qualifications:
-Certified developer in BluePrism or Automation Anywhere
-BA or BS in Technology, Math, Engineering with an emphasis on programming
-1-2 years of experience with one or more of the following in both execution and leadership roles is preferred:
--Business process automation
--Professional services
--Robotic process automation
--Shared services, back office or financial work processes
--Experience with some or all of the following programming languages is preferred:
---C# and/or Java, html, css
-Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
-Scripting languages (e.g., python, perl, powershell, bash, vbs, etc.)
-Willing to travel to North American client locations approximately 75% of the time


Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
