The Quality Assurance Flow Mentor provides technical leadership and expertise for production operations and Quality Assurance/Compliance in the areas of: Coaching/Mentoring Front Line QA Associates, Developing and Sustaining Process Knowledge, Process & Equipment Support, Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement, Developing and Sustaining Quality Systems and Adherence to QA Business Systems.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or science related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical support area (e.g. Process Engineering, Technical Services) or at least 3 years in Quality Assurance role supporting Bioprocess Production (Fermentation/Purification)
  • Thorough knowledge on Good Manufacturing Practices

Other Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual with written and verbal communication skills (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Work with multiple assignments at a time and within an environment with distractions
  • Establish positive interpersonal relationships and effectively interact effectively with people.
  • Strong compliance mindset and sound judgement
  • Make decisions.
  • Work as a resource in other functional areas as dictated by business needs or strategies.
  • Work under minimal supervision.
  • Travel to the interior and exterior of the country.
  • Work irregular hours, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
