Job Description

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing online and offline growth market strategies to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive revenue through online channels such as search engines, social media networks, advertising platforms, and email. This is a hands-on role, working with and through the Growth Marketing team.

They will also provide support to the regional marketing teams to ensure consistency of brand & campaign execution.

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive online and offline growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborating with the Director Head of Marketing, Content Marketing Manager, and Product Marketing Managers to build effective customer journey mapping and planning.
  • Overseeing and optimizing various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM/SEA, paid media, social media, and email marketing, as well as marketing operations and technology stack.
  • Analyzing marketing data and providing insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Regularly reporting on growth metrics to the Director Head of Marketing.
  • Providing support and coordination to regional marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand and campaign execution.
  • Engaging in hands-on execution of growth marketing campaigns, ensuring high-performance delivery and optimization.
  • Identifying and testing new growth channels and strategies to continually optimize marketing performance.
  • Managing and allocating the marketing budget efficiently to ensure a high return on investment.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on growth marketing goals and strategies.
  • Leading a team of marketing specialists, sharing best practices, coaching, and training them.

Qualifications

Experience and Expertise:

  • 7-10 years of proven digital marketing and growth marketing experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Strong portfolio of successful growth campaigns.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Strong leadership skills for team development.

Education and Industry Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Understanding of food automation industry and market trends.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Experience in coordinating marketing strategies across regions.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.

Analytical Skills and Results Orientation:

  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Results-oriented focus on achieving KPIs.

Adaptability and Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to adapt to market changes and new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for overcoming challenges.

General Requirements:

  • Global marketing organization experience.
  • Demonstrated self-learning and development.
  • Interest in and utilization of new technologies.
  • Self-motivated with a customer service mindset.
  • Strong project management skills.
